About the Role: Join our team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager and play a pivotal role in our restaurant's success! As a leader, you will support the Restaurant General Manager in maintaining brand standards while inspiring and developing your team. Your ability to lead by example will be key in delivering exceptional customer experiences that keep our guests coming back for more.

This dynamic position involves taking charge of daily operations in the absence of the General Manager, making critical decisions, and guiding the team toward excellence. We promote a fun and growth-oriented work environment, and you will enjoy a balanced work schedule of 50 hours per week, which includes 40 hours at regular pay and 10 hours at time and a half.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Ensure customer satisfaction by modeling the KFC Connect Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.
• Oversee Team Members' shift responsibilities while maintaining strict food safety standards.
• Manage restaurant operations in the absence of the RGM.
• Work alongside the RGM to assess team performance, providing constructive feedback.
• Resolve employee relations issues or escalate them to the RGM when necessary.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, while promoting an inclusive workplace culture.
• Act with ownership mentality by aiding in Profit & Loss management, cash control, inventory, and labor management.
• Analyze financial reports to drive performance optimization.
• Assist the RGM in maintaining the facility and upholding health and safety standards.

Are You the Right Fit?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant or retail management.
• Experience in P&L management and adhering to cash control and inventory procedures.
• Proficient in training and equipping employees with necessary resources.
• Champion KFC's culture and values, fostering a sense of belonging within the team.
• Effective communicator for performance appraisals and employee motivation.
