Production Support Technician

A Production Support Technician is needed in Phenix City, Alabama. Job duties include monitoring industrial machinery process systems and manufacturing operations in providing production support and maintenance activities for manufacturing automotive parts, such as wireless power transmission, frame assy-front back, 2-way power lumbar support, compact 2-way lumbar support system, frame assy-rear cushion, and frame assy-rear back. Coordinate regular maintenance activities of manufacturing equipment and systems by assisting engineers. Troubleshoot or monitor industrial machinery to increase product quality and productivity. Inspect and record inspection logs periodically after performing inspections on engineering systems and components to increase performance and maintain safety and accuracy. Provide technical support and resolve problems in manufacturing engineering systems and equipment after conducting inspections. Prepare charts, graphs, or diagrams to illustrate engineering workflow, routing, floor layouts, or material handling. Measure and document input and output variables in production to optimize the process quality.
