Accepts or declines real estate documents based upon review and judgment that all requirements have been met. Interprets state real estate information into and from a complex, comprehensive real estate indexing and imaging computer system. Accepts, reviews, and evaluates for acceptance all plats (surveys) filed for Muscogee County for recording into the official record of Muscogee County. Enters all required real estate information into a computer system based upon evaluation of document information.
