Customer Care Representative

This position is full time, Monday-Friday with an on-call rotation that will include weekends.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Provide exceptional customer experiences by empowering your customers.
  • Tailor solutions for residential customers which can greatly enhance their product/service enjoyment.
  • Create work orders, purchase orders and schedule appointments.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding information about services, pricing, and scheduling appointments.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Enter data in computer system and maintain logs of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Providing feedback to the customer care supervisor on ways to be more efficient in the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience in providing customer service via phone preferred.
  • ServiceTitan software experience preferred.
  • Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
  • The talent to relate to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Active listener with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • A strong interest in using and promoting innovation and technology.
  • Superb attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
  • Computer skills, specifically the ability to use Microsoft Office, excel, teams, and zoom.
  • Self-motivation to work under his/her own initiative.
  • An interest in ongoing personal development through training and coaching.
  • Track history of excellent attendance.
  • Fast typing with experience in data entry and accurate documentation
  • Must pass drug test and background test.
  • Enjoy being part of a team.
