This position performs administrative and clerical duties in support of department operations. Greets visitors and directs them to appropriate personnel; assists visitors with information and answers questions. Answers the telephone; takes messages; screens calls; provides information to callers; receives citizen complaints; directs calls and message to appropriate personnel. Performs administrative and clerical work including typing, filing, and data entry. Schedules reservations for parks and riverwalk facilities. Maintains department payroll information including sick leave, vacation, and holiday time. Performs other related duties as assigned.
