Oracle OTL/Payroll Principal Consultant Principal Consultant - US

Infosys is seeking an Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) and Payroll implementation Principal Consultant with good hands-on technical and functional exposure to OTL and Payroll product features, along with some experience in reports and OIC integrations. The position primarily involves providing solutions on OTL and Payroll based on customer requirements. The selected candidate should be capable of designing, developing, and testing complex OTL and Payroll solutions, including customizations and extensions. Interaction with customer process consultants and business SMEs to understand processes, identify automation opportunities, and recommend cloud transformation strategies is also expected.

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Atlanta, GA or willing to relocate.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 11 years of IT experience.
  • Extensive experience in Oracle Time & Labor and Payroll Cloud projects.
  • Proven ability to identify client needs, build relationships, and communicate effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with Fusion HCM Extracts, OTBI Reports, BI Publisher, Fast Formula, DFF configurations, Security Console, ESS Scheduler, Sandbox, patching, and testing.
  • Deep understanding of US OTL and Payroll processing, including integrations with HR, absence, and compensation modules.
  • Experience in creating Fast Formula Rules and templates specific to OTL, Absence Management, and Payroll modules.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8 years of application development and support experience.
  • Ability to gather and convert customer requirements into Fast Formula / Rules.
  • Good functional knowledge of OTL setups such as layout, time attributes, worker profiles, value-sets, UDTs, shift patterns, work schedules, HCM Groups, and time categories.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining complex solutions to diverse teams.
  • Experience working in a global delivery environment.

The role may require extended periods of sitting and working at a computer, with effective communication via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
