What You'll Do

• Drive Project Success: Take ownership of projects from start to finish, maximizing profitability while upholding our company's high standards and client goals.
• Lead & Inspire: Guide project teams in preparing and executing comprehensive Project Management Plans (PMPs).
• Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with superintendents, clients, architects, and subcontractors to keep projects on track and relationships strong.
• Plan & Organize: Prepare budgets, schedules, and cost reports; lead value engineering and pre-construction meetings.
• Negotiate & Problem-Solve: Handle subcontracts, change orders, and regulatory requirements with confidence and strategic thinking.
• Champion Safety & Quality: Develop and monitor quality, safety, and risk management plans, ensuring every project site is a model of excellence.
• Manage Resources: Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, always mindful of budget and schedule.
• Track & Report: Monitor progress, evaluate milestones, and provide transparent updates to all stakeholders.
• Close Out with Excellence: Coordinate final project documentation, as-built drawings, and client handoffs for a seamless closeout experience.
• Grow & Develop: Participate in ongoing training and collaborate across departments to achieve company-wide success.

What You Bring

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 2+ years in commercial, industrial, or warehouse construction.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of construction processes, estimating, contracts, building codes, and project documentation.
• Leadership: A proven ability to motivate teams, delegate effectively, and drive results.
• Communication: Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Professionalism: High ethical standards, attention to detail, and a polished, positive demeanor.
• Independence: Self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a team.
• Travel-Ready: Willing and able to travel or relocate for projects as needed.
• Bonus: Community service involvement is a plus!
