Basic Qualifications:

• Consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Adhere to store policies and standards, including quality beverage preparation, cash handling, and store safety.
• Engage with customers, understanding their needs through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages following standard recipes or customizing for customers.
• Be open to performing various tasks throughout the store during each shift.

Required Skills:

• Ability to learn quickly and understand instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team.
• Build strong relationships with customers and team members.
