Senior Director of Operations - Healthcare / Life Science

Location: On-site in Columbus, Georgia + 30% domestic travel

Key Experience and Qualifications

This critical position requires a strategic leader with:

• A proven record of success in operations management, process improvement and regulatory compliance within the medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare or general life science industry
• Seeking someone from a background of Production / Logistics / Distribution / Manufacturing / Packaging / Warehouse environment - Healthcare is essential
• Experience managing operational teams of 200+ employees at Director level or above
• At least 5 years' experience within healthcare or medical disposables, with a strong emphasis on quality in high-mix, high-volume, multi-site operations
• Deep knowledge of operational principles and regulatory standards within medical device or other FDA-regulated industries
• Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
