Insight Global is looking for a qualified Telecommunications Technician to support one of our government customers in Kings Bay, GA. The candidate will be responsible for the install and location of copper cable drops within an office space environment. Candidates will be expected to be able to know how to test and terminate at phone closet and jack locations for connectivity. In addition to this, candidates will need to be able to climb ladders and work for extended periods of time pulling cable through walls and overhead areas within a building space.

Compensation:

$38/hr to $41/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
- Active/recent U.S. government security clearance
- Minimum of one-year hands-on experience with Cat5d, Cat6 cable installation, maintenance and repair, in an office and/or warehouse environment
- Minimum of three years hands-on experience testing/termination of copper cable at phone closet
to jack

- BICSI Technician I certification
