??Location: Georgia, USA (with 50% onsite presence required per week)

We're searching for a Senior Client Operations Manager to join our clients growing team located in Georgia, USA. This role is all about building on past successes to deliver an exceptional customer experience across all channels. You'd implement strategies to keep customers engaged and satisfied, working closely with other teams to solve problems and consistently exceed expectations throughout the customer journey.

What You'd Be Doing:

• Improving customer experience and operational performance.
• Managing projects that impact client accounts.
• Managing a team of account managers
• Helping to optimize the account management team (people, processes, tech).
• Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assisting with customer issues and responses.
• Recruiting, training, and coaching account managers.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices and technology.
