Job Title: Service Management IT Analyst
Contract Length: From now until 9/26/2025
Job Location: 100% REMOTE
Work Schedule: M-F, 40 hrs/week
Pay Rate: $65-$75/hr.
Must have:

  • Currently, working as an Analyst
  • 5+ yrs of experience in an enterprise/corporate IT environment
  • 2+ yrs of experience working in service management
  • Experience with ITSM, ITIL
  • Associates degree
Strongly Preferred:
  • Jira, Confluence and SharePoint (ideally not predominantly with ServiceNow)
Nice-to-Have:
  • Bachelors degree
  • Data analysis experience in MS Excel
  • Power Automate
  • Scripting in Powershell &/or Python
  • Experience in Problem Management

Job Details

The Service Management IT Analyst will launch a service management practice this fiscal year, with several key steps involved.

First will be the development of a service catalog, ensuring that key staff-facing services are accurately listed and reviewed for completeness.

Next, in collaboration with information services teams will help ensure a smooth rollout of the first phase of the catalog. The catalog will also be aligned with current change management and incident management practices.

Lastly, the position will work with the knowledge management team to improve documentation for some core services. This initiative involves teamwork across several departments to ensure successful implementation and integration.

Must have:
  • Currently, working as an Analyst
  • 5+ yrs of experience in an enterprise/corporate IT environment
  • 2+ yrs of experience working in service management
  • Experience with ITSM, ITIL
  • Associates degree
