Our client, a leading energy SaaS company in the VPP space, is hiring a leader for their Customer Success organization. This role will lead a ~25 person org, with responsibility for implementation, renewals, and expansion of partnerships with electric utility customers.
Experience owning CS + renewals/expansion + onboarding/implementation
Experience managing electric utilities as customers
Exposure to demand response programs
