Job Summary

Andy Frain Services is seeking a highly motivated, multi-task-oriented individual to manage a Security contract. The role involves overseeing Supervisors and staff, with full responsibility for performance, service, and budget of assigned contracts. The manager will ensure a safe environment for employees, vendors, and personnel, support security needs, and be integral to facility operations. Establishing relationships with local police, fire departments, and facility reports is essential. The candidate must demonstrate adherence to Andy Frain Services' Core Values and operating principles, maintain 100% compliance with staff training, and project a professional image with strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Manage security staff and ensure compliance with post orders, safety protocols, and emergency procedures.
  • Develop and implement security procedures, maintain knowledge of emergency policies, and respond promptly to alarms and calls for help.
  • Maintain knowledge of life safety systems, fire panels, CCTV, elevators, and access controls, coordinating maintenance as needed.
  • Conduct staff training, counseling, and disciplinary actions; ensure proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with operations and client representatives, providing regular updates on performance and security issues.
  • Assist with payroll, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure adequate security coverage.
  • Inspect posts, ensure staff sign-in/out correctly, and uphold service standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • At least 2 years' experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV, or access systems, with 1 year in a management role within the security industry.
  • Valid driver's license and compliance with licensing requirements.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Skills and Abilities

  • Comprehensive knowledge of facility layout, security procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to recruit, train, and motivate staff; manage administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to adapt to various sites, handle stressful situations, and maintain professionalism.
