Responsibilities:

1. Implement and maintain an in-store sales-building culture to ensure growth through execution of merchandising programs, weekly sales plans, sales themes, stock management, and sales meetings.
2. Ensure customer satisfaction, courtesy, and service, with emphasis on fast service at the front-end.
3. Achieve budgeted financial results.
4. Protect company assets, conduct weekly audits, and manage shrink programs.
5. Control store expenses, including wages.
6. Handle staffing needs, recruitment, training, and talent development.
7. Set performance expectations, monitor results, and provide feedback.
8. Conduct regular store walks to assess conditions.
9. Train and develop management team, especially co-managers, to support growth.
10. Maintain sanitation and food safety standards.
11. Create a positive store morale through supervision and recognition.
12. Facilitate effective communication with district managers, support staff, and employees.
13. Ensure store compliance with company standards and legal regulations.
14. Maintain a safe environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 3-4 years of progressive supermarket management experience.
