• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred

• 10+ years of experience in leading complex projects across global regions, with strong expertise in retail store development and operations, agency management, and retail metrics/P&L planning

• Proven track record managing merchandise, food and beverage operations, and global brand activations

• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and knowledge of supply chain requirements and operational best practices

• Exceptional project management abilities with experience managing large, complex, and global projects

• Demonstrated collaboration and relationship-building skills; excellent communication skills (written, oral, and presentation) with cross-functional partners, agencies, and executive leadership.

• High level of flexibility and self-management, with the ability to adapt to last-minute changes and thrive in a team-oriented environment

• Keen attention to accuracy and detail, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience in utilizing insights from consumer data, industry trends, and qualitative and quantitative research to drive results

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Development Project Lead to oversee the project management of the design, construction, and opening of innovative new store concepts. This role will also manage ongoing operations post-launch, collaborating closely with the Licensing & Retail (L&R) team, brand teams, and design and operating agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and directional guidance on active engagements and key deliverables to lead proposal efforts and conduct major briefings

• Manage overall client relationships through frequent and direct engagement

• Direct the completion of project-specific tasks within estimated time frames and budget constraints

• Manage medium to large multi-task projects of high complexity, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to applicable regulations

• Serve as the project manager for the proof-of-concept experiential store, leading the overall project workstream planning and detailed timeline in collaboration with L&R functional leaders and local operational unit (OU) team leaders

• Develop and monitor the project budget and ongoing profit and loss (P&L) in conjunction with the Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives and finance team

• Lead relationships with agencies responsible for design, construction, consumer experience flow, in-store visual merchandising, supply chain, and ongoing store operations

• Collaborate with local Marketing, PACS, Legal, and IMCR teams to develop end-to-end marketing activation plans and consumer experience documentation

• Oversee the logistics of merchandise sourcing, onboarding of suppliers and labor, and ongoing store operations in partnership with agencies

• Analyze store layouts, sales reports, and traffic patterns to optimize sales performance

• Lead store opening events, ongoing marketing activations, and experiential initiatives in collaboration with local teams and agencies

• Conduct weekly project meetings and result discussions, including the development of a store analysis package for leadership

• Continuously assess and enhance the beverage bar experience, troubleshooting operational challenges as they arise

• Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations through agency oversight
