Kinetic Credit Union is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join its executive team. This strategic leader will be responsible for ensuring outstanding service to both internal and external members. The COO will oversee all member-facing functions, including sales and service initiatives, product development, and the branch network, while evaluating the success and profitability of various business lines.Key responsibilities include:Ensuring that all product areas and business lines operate efficiently, reliably, and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and rules.Continuous monitoring and reporting on business activity, adjusting strategies and plans as needed in response to changing circumstances.Developing and executing long-term strategies to implement effective policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with the credit union's goals.The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 10 to 15 years of experience in financial services, with a master's degree preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
