What you'll do

As a General Manager, you will be the leader of your restaurant, coaching and developing team members so you and your restaurant are successful. You will be responsible for instilling the Wendy's culture into your team and motivating them to go above and beyond, so each customer's expectations are exceeded every visit. You will have total operational and financial responsibility for your restaurant.

General Managers:

1. Maintain appropriate levels of staffing by recruiting, interviewing, selecting and onboarding crew members as well as maximizing crew member retention.
2. Ensure utilization of all company training programs to create an efficient, friendly staff.
3. Develop talent to promote and fill management positions internally.
4. Manage the performance of all restaurant staff.
5. Maximize restaurant profit by ensuring the team utilizes all systems for food, labor and cash management.
6. Be a role model of excellent customer service.
7. Monitor/post customer feedback results and review with the team to improve the customer experience.
8. Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
9. Grow restaurant sales through exceptional operations and community involvement.
10. Review restaurant P&L and create plans for improvement.

What we expect from you

1. Restaurant management experience at the General Manager level.
2. Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screening.
3. Ability to work 48-50 hours per week including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
4. Ability to stand for long periods of time.
5. Self-motivated and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Ability to motivate and inspire others.
