Key Responsibilities:

• Remove, install, and repair HVAC systems and parts
• Diagnose HVAC system issues and offer solutions
• Provide accurate repair estimates and quotes
• Educate customers on HVAC systems, parts, and product benefits
• Perform routine system maintenance and repairs
• Train and mentor junior team members
• Communicate effectively with clients and customers
• Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes and standards
• Assist with other tasks as needed to meet company goals

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Holds or is willing to obtain an EPA Certification immediately
• Has a minimum of 2 years of HVAC service experience
• Demonstrates excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Exhibits a positive attitude and is committed to continuous learning
• Is comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting 50-100 lbs regularly and working in tight spaces like crawl spaces and attics

Additional Requirements:

• Must pass pre-employment drug screenings and background checks
• A valid driver's license and recent DMV Safe Driving Record are required
