Assisting with communications on behalf of the company and managing the direct needs of our clients through a needs-based approach. As a benefits service representative, you will be assigned to a territory manager that will ensure your success and give you hands-on one on one training.
You will also have the choice to participate in a career track to management within 90 days of tenure. A training program designed to give you full control of a successful career path with the company from day one.

You will be working with currently contracted school districts, local government offices, and small business accounts, reopening dormant accounts as well as developing new accounts.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a working knowledge of and accurately represent all of company product lines.
Meet or exceed, new enrollment target through the conduct of independent, thorough, accurate marketing and enrollment presentations to potential businesses in assigned territory.
Schedule appointments to meet with potential clients in an office setting to complete the enrollment process. Review and collect all required documentation. Maintain and nurture constructive relationships with community organizations, trade associations, local business groups, city agencies, and other company business associates,
Complete and submit, in a timely manner, all reports required by management.
Consult with customers on health-related products and services to provide the best solutions for their health and financial well-being.
Identify additional needs customers may have and help them to upgrade.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED, AA degree in marketing, management, business management preferred, or equivalent knowledge.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or related software applications. Demonstrate a proven ability to use and operate a laptop and other technical devices.
Excellent interpersonal, oral communication, listening, and negotiation skills are required.
Valid driver's license and access to vehicle as needed to perform job duties and responsibilities. Able to pass a background check.
