Sales Associate

America's Car-Mart is seeking a self-motivated Automotive Sales Associate to join our friendly team. If you have previous experience in retail sales, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for creating positive sales experiences, we want to hear from you. Compensation:$35,000 to $45,000 annually

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers upon sight and assist them in the selection of a quality vehicle
• Introduce every customer to a Member of the Management Team
• Inspect automobiles daily and report problems to the Management Team
• Explain current promotions to customers
• Complete and explain the sales quote and application paperwork
• Daily prospecting for sales leads
• Maintain lot merchandising and vehicle presentation materials
