Callaway Gardens is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. This position plays a critical role in creating a memorable experience for our guests and serves as the first point of contact for all guests.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of Opera PMS, Word, and Excel software is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
• Hotel or resort experience is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow standard operating procedures.
• Supervisory experience in a front desk or hospitality setting is preferred.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and follow standard operating procedures.
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Opera PMS, Word, and Excel (preferred but not required)
• Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
• Prior hotel or resort experience (preferred)
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekends, days, evening, night audit and holidays.
