As a Fraud Operations Representative I, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing prepaid card transactions to detect and prevent fraudulent activities. This role involves utilizing various tools, systems, and analytics to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies indicative of fraudulent behavior. You will work closely with the operations team, risk, engagement and strategy management teams, and other stakeholders to implement effective fraud prevention measures. This position will sit in our Columbus, GA office, and will work Monday-Friday, normal business hours.
