If you have ANY experience installing tile/flooring or bathroom fixtures, installing/hanging/repairing drywall, trim carpentry or any general maintenance/remodel experience We want to talk to you! **Pay Scale**: Up to $18/hr, DOE, Pay will increase as skills and knowledge are developed

**Work Hours:** 7:30 am to 5:30 pm

**Required Qualifications:**

* Construction/ Labor background preferred

* Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills

* Strong finger and Manual dexterity for handling pipes and plumbing fixtures

* Some knowledge of local plumbing codes preferred

* Willing to work in all types of weather

* Some knowledge of standard tools, methods, and materials of the plumbing trade

* Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions of the work

* Ability to lift 50lb+

* Ability to access crawlspaces and attics

* Ability to use ladders
