**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. * Ensures work areas are kept clean at all times

* Performs opening and closing responsibilities in a timely and detailed manner

* Restocks and prepares supplies for shift change or close

* Keeps all dishes, silverware and all other FOH items clean and in proper organized locations

* Organize and deliver equipment and food to various resort locations

* Perform and maintain quarterly inventory with Chief Steward

* Does daily, weekly and monthly cleaning projects (stainless equipment, walls, floors etc.)

* Assists other team members as needed or when business needs dictate

* Holds self to a higher standard, being a role model at all times

* Performs other tasks as directed

* Works with a high sense of urgency at all times

* Follows all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures

* Ensures all state department of health rules and regulations are followed

**Qualifications/Skills:**

* Able to work in a fast-paced environment

* Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

* Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks

* able to bend and kneel through shift; able to lift 30 pounds regularly and move up to 50 pounds occasionally.

* Basic written and verbal communication skills

* Organizational skills

* Valid drivers license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).

* Able to work days, evenings, holidays and weekends

**Education and/or Experience:**

* High school diploma or GED
