Spherion Staffing of Columbus, GA is now hiring warehouse workers for a local and reputable company. We currently have 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts warehouse positions available for production, assembly and machine operators. In this warehouse worker position you have the opportunity to work weekends and overtime.
Perks and Benefits:
Pay range 12.00 to 15.00 depending on experience, position and shift
Temp to hire position depending on work performance within 90 days

Responsibilities:
Production - Loading and unloading parts on an production line
Assembly - Assists in final assembly of product ensuring it meets quality standards
Machine Operator - loading and unloading machines with sheet metal, working knowledge of computers, ability to read blue prints

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:
6 months prior warehouse experience
Computer skills
Welding or Tig experience a plus

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Dedicated transportation - bus route not accessible
Excellent communication skills
Ability to lift over head and stand up to 8 to 10 hours a day
Ability to be able to work weekends and overtime
