Job Description Finished Goods Warehouse Supervisor - ( 22000116 ) Arconic is currently in search of **a Finished Goods Warehouse Supervisor** to join our **Arconic Architectural Products team** in **Eastman, GA**. * Spend time each week focusing on concerns or ways to improve warehouse/people

* Participate in claim/ safety investigations and problem solving

* Work order entry

* ISO thinking at all times

* Prevent drift from established SWIs

* Delegate tasks and then use those for reward/recognition/training

* Communication/Radio Usage

* Reward and Recognize

* Monitor crew for gaps or potential gaps and train to cover

* Identify, mentor, train next generation of leaders

* Incident Reporting

* General fulfillment of responsibilities hold accountable/discipline

* Training for new skills (helps with downtime)

* Monitor for and prevent drift

* Proficient computer skills in MS Office Excel

* Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles

* Excellent oral and written communication skills

* Detail-oriented with very strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

* Solid mathematical, analytical and problem-solving ability

* Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, yet self-starting and results-oriented

* A hands on leader who is willing to get out on the shop floor and get dirty

* A positive attitude and willingness to learn/change when necessary

* Ability to travel some for off-the-job training and occasionally for supplier visits

**Qualifications**

**Basic Qualifications**

* 5+ years manufacturing or warehouse experience

* HS Diploma or GED

* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Advanced degree from an accredited college with a focus on business management or lean manufacturing or other related field

* Prior supervisory and/or leadership experience focusing on process improvement

* Prior barcode technology experience

* Prior JDE experience

* Intermediate computer skills with MS Office Excel and Outlook
