High School Diploma or Equivalent
1-2 years in mixing or the compounding of food, beverages, or chemicals.
Mechanical aptitude; experience with Mixing and Packaging equipment/processes
Sanitation/Cleaning and hazardous ingredient handling safe practices/procedures
Base level computer skills
Ability to work independently; over-time and non-standard hours if required.
Ability to work within a team setting and communicate effectively.
Great attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Ability of intermittently lift up to 100 lbs or handle 55-gallon drums.
