About the role

Plans, leads, and coordinates project activities, including formulating project objectives, policies, procedures, site mobilization activities and performance standards for work activities for a particular project.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinates, understands, and enforces subcontractor assignment and scope of work.
  • Ensures timely compliance with all internal and external document and record keeping requirements.
  • Ensures construction activities are implemented, conducts pre-construction meeting with all stakeholders, guides project teams.
  • Reviews and processes Owner and Subcontractor change orders.
  • Ensures implementation of safety program and daily safety inspections.

Who we're looking for

  • High School diploma or GED
  • On the job training and knowledge of construction
  • Minimum of 5 years as a construction superintendent or a similar construction role
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and oversee and coordinate a variety of trades
  • Ability to read, understand and execute blueprints, drawings and plans
  • Knowledge of identifying local and federal building codes, OSHA, EPA rules and regulations
  • Ability to travel 30%
  • OSHA 30 Construction and OSHA Fall Protection Certification within 30 days of employment
  • MS Office with emphasis on MS Project
  • Must have comprehensive understanding of safety regulations
  • EPA RRP knowledge, Building Codes and Compliance, Procore Project Management software
  • Active and valid Driver's License
