- Lead the implementation
- Experience in SAP Activate Methodology.
- Variable Pay Scope includes:
- Copying existing MIP Variable Pay template to create the SIP template. The new SIP template is based off the MIP with some modifications and has 300 eligible employees.
- Planners - GM/DIR Eligibility - Will be determined in SAP and passed to Compensation through integration. Data Source
- Integration with SAP On-Prem Review of existing MIP template and provide recommendations for improvements if there are any.
